Havre Police Department

A 34-year-old Havre woman in the 24/7 Sobriety Program was arrested at the police station at 8 a.m. Friday for violation of conditions of release.

Officers investigated at 8:21 a.m. Friday a report from a 1st Street East business of a gas drive off.

After a report of a possibly combative shoplifter at a 1st Street business at 1:18 p.m. Friday, a 28-year-old Havre man was arrested for disorderly conduct and two counts of shoplifting.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle noninjury crash on 1st Street West at 4:24 p.m. Friday.

———

Officers investigated a 4:36 p.m. Friday call from 11th Street West about someone who kicked in the back door to the garage of the calling party’s house.

———

Officers investigated a 5:37 p.m. Friday call from a 3rd Avenue business about the calling party being threatened by a Tazer by someone with three other kids.

———

Officers investigated a 5:40 p.m. Friday call from a 3rd Street business about a two-vehicle, noninjury crash.

———

Officers investigated a 12:18 p.m. Saturday call from 21st Street about a man who kicked in the calling party’s door.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old Havre man for disorderly conduct after investigating a fight 1:38 a.m. outside a 1st Street establishment.

A 29-year-old Havre man was issued a summons for failure to carry or produce proof of insurance at a 12:43 p.m. Saturday motor vehicle stop on 1st Street.

A 30-year-old Havre woman was issued a summons for a nuisance dog or animal after officers received a 2:50 p.m. call from Curve Drive about a barking dog.

A 13-year-old Box Elder boy was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing and three 13-year-old Havre girls were issued a summons for drug paraphernalia and trespassing after officers investigated a 4:26 p.m. Saturday call from 10th Avenue about the calling party seeing two teenagers go into a garage across the street.

Officers arrested someone after receiving an 8:15 p.m. Saturday call from 10th Street about a woman walking, looking for a ride and asking for help. No other information was given.

A 31-year-old Havre man was arrested for disorderly conduct and trespassing and a 29-year-old man was arrested for criminal contempt after officers investigated an 8:31 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street establishment about a man that needed to be removed.

A 20-year-old Havre man was arrested for violation of conditions of release and minor in possession of an intoxicant and 20-year-old Box Elder man was arrested for criminal contempt and possession of an intoxicant after officers received a 9:39 p.m. Saturday call from 3rd Avenue.

A 22-year-old Havre man was arrested for driving under the influence and careless driving after officers investigated a 12:08 a.m. Sunday complaint of a blue Suburban swerving.

A 12:12 a.m. Sunday call from an 11th Street West business about an attempted beer theft was investigated.

A 30-year-old Havre woman was arrested at 12:31 a.m. Sunday for violation of conditions of release, obstructing a peace officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and “other” after officers made a building check at a 1st Street West establishment.

Officers investigated a 10:37 a.m. Sunday call about a noninjury crash on 8th Street.

A 33-year-old Great Falls man was arrested on outstanding state district court warrants, and for resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer after officers served a warrant at a 5th Avenue business at 12:45 p.m. Sunday.

Officers investigated a 5:43 p.m. Sunday call from 9th Avenue about a man laying on a white Buick crying and people yelling to call the police.

———

A 7:19 p.m. Sunday call from 11th Street about the calling party’s daughter “freaking out and throwing stuff around,” was investigated.

———

A 41-year-old Box Elder man was arrested for trespassing after officers received a 7:34 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street business about a man that needed to be removed.

———

A 25-year-old Hays woman was arrested on outstanding city court warrants and for possession of drug paraphernalia by officers 7:55 p.m. Sunday at a 1st Street business.

Hill County Sheriff’s Officer

Deputies investigated an 8:51 a.m. Friday call from the Trap Club about a building that was vandalized.

Deputies served outstanding city court warrants and outstanding justice court warrants to a 26-year-old Havre man at the Hill County Detention Center at 9:32 a.m. Saturday.

———

Deputies investigated an 8:37 p.m. Sunday complaint from Main Street South about the calling party saying she was being followed by a man she did not know who showed up at her residence.

———

A summons was issued to a 17-year-old Havre boy for a stop sign violation, fleeing or eluding a peace officer, reckless driving, not having a driver’s license, posession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal contempt after deputies made a motor vehicle stop at 12:03 p.m. Sunday in the 14th Place West area.

A 16-year-old Box Elder girl was issued a summons for shoplifting after deputies received a 3:52 p.m. Sunday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business about a juvenile shoplifter.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday, two calls Saturday and three calls Sunday. Firefighters responded to a 1:18 p.m. Sunday call from the Burlington Northern Sante Fe Railway about an engine that caught fire. The engine was not attached to a train and was outside. The fire caused damage, but the fire department did not know how much.

Animal Shelter

A black and white male Aussie-mix puppy was placed in the shelter Oct. 4.

A brown and white male mix-breed puppy was placed in the shelter Oct. 13.

———

A black female cat was placed in the shelter Oct 16.

———

A black and white male pug was placed in the shelter Oct. 18.
