Havre Police Department

A 29-year-old Harlem man was arrested for shoplifting after officers received an 8 a.m. Monday call from a 1st Street business about a male, noncombative shoplifter.

Officers investigated an 8:19 a.m. Monday call from a 1st Street West business about a baggie of what looks like drugs found in the parking lot over the weekend.

———

A 40-year-old Havre woman was arrested for shoplifting after officers received an 11:56 a.m. Monday call from a 1st Street business about a female, noncombative shoplifter.

———

Two 14-year-old girls were issued summonses for disorderly conduct after an officer investigated a disturbance at the high school at 12:08 p.m. Monday.

Officers investigated a 3:22 p.m. Monday call from 4th Street about a purse stolen out of a vehicle.

A 33-year-old Havre woman was arrested for endangering the welfare of children, a 33-year-old Havre woman was arrested for criminal contempt and a 34-year-old Havre woman was arrested for endangering the welfare of children after officers investigated a 7:54 p.m. Monday call from 3rd Street about a woman yelling at a child in the street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A 32-year-old Rocky Boy man was arrested on two state district court warrants — one a violation and one a felony — and a 41-year-old Rocky Boy woman arrested on a warrant for a city court warrant, a violation, after deputies served them at 10:06 a.m. Friday.

A 35-year-old Box Elder woman was arrested for shoplifting and obstructing a peace officers and a 27-year-old Box Elder woman was arrested fon Justice/City Court warrants after deputies received a 1:31 p.m. Saturday call from the Holiday Village Mall.

A summons was issued to a 23-year-old Havre woman for shoplifting after officers received a 2:59 a.m. Saturday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business about a woman who tried to take food from the store.

Deputies investigated a 7:37 p.m. Sunday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business about the calling party’s brother-in-law throwing something at her car window, yelling something and taking off.

A 18-year-old Havre man was arrested for negligent endangerment and reckless driving after deputies made a motor vehicle stop at 8:04 p.m. Sunday at a U.S. Highway 2 business.

Deputies investigated a 9:21 p.m. Sunday call from Crystal Springs Road about the calling party’s husband yelling at her and she was scared it was going to escalate into something physical.

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday.

Animal Shelter

A black and white male pit- mix was placed in the shelter Sept. 26.

A black and white Aussie-mix puppy was placed in the shelter Oct. 4.

A white male Jack Russell was placed in the shelter Oct. 6.

A black and tan female dachshund was placed in the shelter Oct. 6.

———

A black and white female border heeler-mix was placed in the shelter Oct. 10.

A brown and white male mix-breed puppy was placed in the shelter Oct. 13.

Births

A girl was born to Jade Marie and Luke Franklin Pratt of Havre Oct. 14, 2013.
