Officers arrested three people in the Havre area after making a 9 a.m. Friday building check. No other information was given.

Officers investigated a 9:29 a.m. Friday call from a 3rd Avenue business about keys found outside.

Officers investigated a 10:27 a.m. Friday call from 4th Avenue about the calling party’s house and car being hit with what looks like paintballs.

Officers investigated a 2:15 p.m. Friday call from 1st Street Northeast about people fighting in the apartment below the calling party’s.

Officers investigated a 2:34 p.m. Friday call about money that was sent to pay a bill and then stolen.

A 37-year-old Havre man was arrested for probation violation after officers received a 9:32 p.m. Friday call from 9th Avenue from his wife.

———

Officers investigated a 10:39 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street West business about kids in a white Dodge pickup shining a laser light in peoples’ eyes.

———

Officers investigated a 3:22 a.m. Saturday call from 4th Avenue about a man with a flashlight in the calling party’s backyard.

———

Officers investigated an 8:12 a.m. Saturday call from Wilson Avenue about a truck that was vandalized.

———

A 19-year-old Havre man was issued a summons for driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license at a motor vehicle stop on 11th Street West at 1:59 a.m. Saturday.

Officers investigated a 3:36 p.m. Saturday from 13th Street about a car involved in a hit and run.

A 19-year-old Box Elder man was arrested for obstructing a peace officers, resisting arrest, endangering the welfare of children, minor in possession of an intoxicant and criminal contempt, a 22-year-old Box Elder man was arrested for endangering the welfare of children, a 15-year-old Havre girl was issued a summons for MIP, an 18-year-old was issued a summons for endangering the welfare of children and an MIP, a 23-year-old was issued a summons for endangering the welfare of children and a 24-year-old was issued a summons for endangering the welfare of children after officers received a 5:47 p.m. Saturday call from 3rd Street.

A 23-year-old Havre man was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs, driving under the influence, a second offense of no insurance and careless driving after officers investigated a 9:30 p.m. Saturday call from 4th Street about a Camaro running into the calling party’s garage.

A 24-year-old Box Elder woman was arrested for trespassing after officers investigated a 3:18 a.m. Sunday from 18th Street West about a woman who tried to steal car keys and refused to leave the calling party’s residence.

———

A 54-year-old Havre man was issued a summons for criminal contempt and a suspended or revoked driver’s license after officers received a 7:13 a.m Sunday complaint at the police department about a suspended driver driving.

Officers investigated a 10:56 a.m. Sunday call from 12th Avenue about a stolen cell phone.

———

A 52-year-old Havre man was arrested for driving under the influence and tampering with a fabricating physical evidence after officers investigated a 1:32 a.m. Monday call from a 1st Street establishment.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

No reports were sent because it is Columbus Day.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday and three calls Sunday. Firefighters responded to a 7:33 p.m. Friday call from the 900 Block of 2nd Street and a 5:21 p.m. Saturday call that turned out to be about burnt food from the 1300 Block of Jefferson Street.
