A 64-year-old Havre man was issued a summons for his dog biting someone, having a vicious dog and dog at large after officers investigated a 7:54 a.m. Friday call from the Montana State University-Northern gymnasium.

A 50-year-old Box Elder man was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officers, resisting arrest and trespassing after officers investigated a 4:10 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about suspicious activity.

A 15-year-old was arrested for juvenile curfew violations and being a runaway after officers investigated a 4:51 p.m. Friday call from Northern Heights Drive, in which the calling party wanted to speak to an officer.

A 27-year-old Havre woman was arrested for probation violation after officers investigated suspicious activity at 9:56 p.m. Friday on 3rd Street.

Officers investigated an 11:19 p.m. Friday call from 14th Avenue and 15th Street about all the clothes on the give-away fence being gone.

Officers issued a summons to a 46-year-old Malta man for partner or family member assault, unlawful restraint and theft after officers investigated a 10:57 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a woman who said she was assaulted by her boyfriend.

A 26-year-old Havre man was arrested for disorderly conduct and possession of dangerous drugs after officers investigated suspicious activity at 1:19 a.m. Saturday at a 1st Street establishment.

Officers issued summonses to three juveniles at 3:04 a.m. Saturday after stopping the juveniles.

A 25-year-old Havre woman was arrested for trespassing after officers investigated a 7:52 p.m. Saturday call from 3rd Street about a woman who walked into the calling party’s house.

A 21-year-old Havre man was arrested for criminal contempt at a 9:04 p.m. Saturday motor vehicle stop.

A 20-year-old Havre man was arrested for partner or family member assault, a 20-year-old Box Elder boy for possession of an intoxicant, obstructing a peace officer, endangering the welfare of children and criminal contempt, a 20-year-old Havre man for possession of an intoxicant, obstructing a peace officer, endangering the welfare of children, two charges of assault and being the social host, a 15-year-old for possession of an intoxicant, a 15-year-old for possession of an intoxicant and obstructing a peace officer, a 16-year-old for possession of an intoxicant, and a 17-year-old for criminal mischief after officers investigated a 12:08 a.m. Sunday call from 1st Street Northeast about a fight.

A 33-year-old Havre woman was arrested for assault after officers investigated a call from 1st Street at 9:23 p.m. Sunday about a woman fighting.

A 22-year-old Havre man was arrested for partner or family member assault after officers investigated a 10:45 p.m. Sunday call from 6th Street about the calling party’s neice’s husband making threatening comments.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated drugs that had been found on a woman at the Hill County Detention Center at 12:55 p.m. Saturday.

Deputies arrested someone after assisting another agency at 1:56 a.m. Sunday with a man in the center of a highway.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, two calls Saturday and one on Sunday. Firefighters responded to a call about a gas smell that turned out to be just an unusual odor.
