Officers investigated a report made at 3:33 p.m. Monday of homeless people camping out behind residences off Montana Avenue.

Monday at 4:01 p.m. officers investigated a report of a vandalized vehicle on 17th Street West.

Officers investigated a report made Monday at 4:17 p.m. of a forged check used at a 3rd Avenue business.

After receiving a complaint at 4;33 p.m. Monday of ongoing thefts from a 1st Street West business, officers investigated the issue.

A caller at a 1st Street business reported a shoplifter at 6:58 p.m. Monday, and officers issued a summons to a 9-year-old for theft by shoplifting.

Responding to a report made at 10:54 p.m. Monday of a vandalized van, officers issued a summons to a 19-year-old Havre man for criminal mischief, minor in possession and criminal contempt.

———

Officers investigated a beer theft reported from a 1st Street business at 1:57 a.m. today.

———

Officers investigated a report made at 4:25 a.m. today of a naked woman in front of a 1st Street business.

Hill County Sheriff's Deputies

Deputies made no arrests overnight.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical services responded to three medical calls Monday.
