During a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street West at 8:12 a.m. Tuesday an officer arrested a 23-year-old Hays woman on a Justice or City court warrant

A caller reported Tuesday at 8:40 a.m. finding plants destroyed and cellphones and headphones abandoned in front of a 2nd Street business, and officers investigated.

Officers were called to assist Rocky Boy police with a blood draw at Northern Montana Hospital at 12:19 p.m. Tuesday.

———

Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash on 5th Avenue reported at 2:51 p.m. Tuesday.

———

Tuesday at 5:03 p.m. officers were called to investigate a report of windows broken out of a vehicle in the alley of 4th Avenue.

Officers assisted with a traffic control issue on 19th Avenue reported at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Officers were called to assist another agency at 15th Street West Tuesday at 6:29 p.m. and arrested a 42-year-old Havre man for probation violation, driving with a suspended driver's license and habitual traffic offender. This arrest was mistakenly attributed to Hill County Sheriff's Office deputies in Wednesday's newspaper.

Tuesday at 6:54 p.m. officers investigated a report of vandalism on 3rd Avenue.

After a caller reported a possible drunken driver headed east on 1st Street at 10:39 p.m. Tuesday, officers arrested a 31-year-old Havre man on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and careless driving.

Officers investigated a report made at 1:22 a.m. Wednesday of a sex offense in Havre.

———

An officer investigating a suspicious activity at 5th Street and 5th Avenue Wednesday at 1:55 a.m. arrested a 21-year-old Havre man for aggravated DUI and parking on a roadway.

Officers serving a warrant at a 6th Avenue location Wednesday at 9:12 a.m. made an arrest, but no further information was provided.

———

A sex offense was reported at the police station Wednesday at 9:34 a.m. and officers are investigating.

Officers investigated a bike theft reported Wednesday at 11:07 a.m. at the police station.

Wednesday at 11:39 a.m. officers investigated a report of a dead animal and threatening note left at a 15th Avenue residence.

———

An officer served a Justice or City court warrant on a 28-year-old Billings man at a 1st Street business Wednesday at 2:10 p.m.

———

Officers investigated a noninjury crash involving a vehicle and a bike on 3rd Street reported at 2:22 p.m. Wednesday.

———

During a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street at 2:27 p.m. Wednesday, an officer made an arrest, but no further information was provided.
