Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash at a 2nd Street business Tuesday at 8:42 a.m.

Called to a disturbance on 19th Street Tuesday at 10:25 a.m., officers arrested a 56-year-old Havre man for assault and a 22-year-old Havre woman for partner or family member assault.

———

Officers were called to Main Street Tuesday at 1:54 p.m. after a man removed from the Amtrak train for being drunk started "causing problems" near the train depot. Officers arrested the 36-year-old Milton, Pa., man for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and a charge listed as "other."

A caller at an 11th Street West convenience store reported Tuesday at 4:59 p.m. that a 3-year-old child had come to the store alone. Officers issued a summons to a 21-year-old man for endangering the welfare of children and criminal contempt.

Officers investigated a report made Tuesday at 8:29 p.m. that a pickup on Grant Avenue had been gone through.

After a caller reported a drunken man bother people on Lincoln Avenue Tuesday at 10:16 p.m., officers arrested a 22-year-old Havre man on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Officers investigated a disturbance on 2nd Street Tuesday on a call that was logged in at 10:45 p.m.

Officers investigated an assault reported from 15th Street West Tuesday at 11:02 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a report made Tuesday at 9:23 p.m. that someone had broken into a shed on Road 300 Northwest.

Called at 10:52 p.m. Tuesday to assist another agency at the Hacienda Trailer Court, deputies arrested a 43-year-old man for disorderly conduct.

Deputies were called to assist the Rocky Boy Police Department on Lower Box Elder Creek Road.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two requests for medical assistance Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held a male black and tan cat and a female black Labrador.
