February 23–24, March 2-3, and March 9-10 are the dates of Hi Line Lanes Annual No-Tap Mixed Doubles Tournament. Shifts start at 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday and run into early evening. Keglers may bowl anytime lanes are available. 8 pins count as a strike for women, while nine pins is the goal for men. An added feature in the tournament is the chance for a bowler to win $500 for shooting a “292” game.
The third Annual Havre Youth Baseball Jackpot Bowling Fundraiser will be on Saturday, March 9th starting at 5:30 p.m. with bowling to commence at 6:30. There will be a silent auction along with chili in a bag starting at 5:30.
TOURNEY TRAIL: The Men’s City Tournament concluded on Sunday with Jason McDonald rolling his first sactioned 300 game in the team event. He finished with a 730 series for the event. One Highlight saw Ryan Mapes shoot 700 in all the events he entered averaging 238 for the tournament.
