Among them was Delainey Spicher, who swept the hurdle events and also placed second in the fast 400 meters. Spicher, a three-sport standout at North Star and a member of the 2012 Class C state championship track team, won the 100 hurdles in 17.50 and the 300 hurdles in 50.51. She also finished the 400 in 1:07.20, while being part of North Star's top relay teams. The Ponies then followed with a dominating 18-2 win over Thompson Falls. And on Saturday, the Ponies recorded two more wins to round out their weekend. The Ponies defeated Glendive 8-6 and defeated Stevensville 8-7. A weekend without a loss was just what the Ponies were looking for, as they now prepare to host the Central A divisional tournament this weekend in Havre with a trip to the state tournament on the line. ]]></description></item></channel></rss>
