    The Montana State University-Northern women's basketball team fell to NCAA Division II Montana State-Billings 76-59 Wednesday night in Billings. The game was an exhibition for Northern, and didn't count against the Skylights' 6-0 record. MSU-B counted the contest, improving to 5-2 on the season.     A Havre man pleaded not guilty in state District Court in Havre this afternoon to a charge accusing him of shooting and killing his brother in their Havre residence Nov. 9. Shane Clark Johnson, born in 1968, is accused of shooting his 43-year-old brother Travis Johnson in the head twice. Travis Johnson died at the hospital after he was transported by emergency medical personnel.
