    A Plentywood man still has a warrant out on his arrest on $50,000 bond after law enforcement were unable to find him to bring him to his first appearance on a charge of rape. Kevin J. Kavon was charged May 20 with sexual intercourse without consent. He was not present at state District Court in Havre Monday for his arraignment, with attorneys saying officers have not been able to serve him with the arrest warrant.
