Employees of Boxcars Restaurant and Casino found themselves without water this morning due to a broken water line. Craig Anderson, the owner of Boxcars, said his business will be without water until the city gets the line fixed. "We'll probably open up sometime today," Anderson said. A Havre man denied in court Tuesday that he grabbed a 5-year-old relative out of a car and threatened her with a screwdriver. He also pleaded not guilty to drug charges. Jason R. Montana State University-Northern’s new provost has been chosen out of the final five candidates that visited the university in December.
