    The Community Crime Intervention Program Advisory Council met Thursday evening in the City Council chambers at City Hall. The meeting was headed up by Chief of Police Kevin Olson, who opened discussion with the allocation of the year 2000 Local Law Enforcement Block Grant (LLEBG). The LLEBG funds are provided by the Department of Justice, and are based on an area's crime statistics.     Skip Grodahl, also know as Walter Grodahl III, is about to become the fifth Havre High School graduate inducted into the Montana High School Athletic Hall of Fame.     A quilt donated to by the Bitterroot Quilters Guild and the Soroptimist International of Hamilton is on display at the JCPenney Catalog Office in Havre. The quilt will be raffled off to raise money for the seventh annual Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation Race for the Cure, which will take place on May 19 in Helena. The Race for the Cure has become the largest series of 5K runs in the world. Races were held in 107 U.S. cities and two foreign countries last year.     The search lasted nearly a year, but Messiah Lutheran finally has a replacement for long-time pastor William Olsen.     Steve Frye, Glacier National Park's chief ranger, might have been born in Minnesota, but he considers himself Montana through and through. After all, when his mother and father met, they were working at the Lake McDonald Hotel and the family spent whole summers in Glacier since Frye was five years old.
