SALT LAKE CITY, Utah Donald C. Morris, 59, of Salt Lake City, Utah, died at his home on May 3, 2000 after a valiant battle with cancer.
Morris was born Aug. 16, 1940 in Butte to Beatrice and Myron Morris. The family moved to Havre when he was 6. Morris played football for Havre High School and was an all-state player on the state championship team of 1956.
Morris attended the University of Montana for two years. He then moved to California and followed in his father's footsteps by beginning a career as a dental technician.
Morris was preceded in death by father, Myron, and son, Ryan.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Morris of Salt Lake City; mother, Beatrice Morris of Havre; his children, Kelly, Garrett, Amber and Mariah, all of California; sister, Nancy Lorfing of Laurel; three grandchildren; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
