SPOKANE, Wash. Frances M. Brisinda, 76, died in Spokane of natural causes on Tuesday, May 2, 2000.
Vigil service was held on May 5 at Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home in Spokane. Her funeral Mass was said on May 6 at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church. Burial followed in Holy Cross Cemetery.
Brisinda was born to Rosario and Luigina Filicetti on Jan. 30, 1924 in Havre. She attended local schools and graduated from Havre High School in 1942.
She married Frank Brisinda in Havre on Feb. 9, 1946 at St. Jude's Catholic Church.
Brisinda was a homemaker noted for her cookies. She could always be counted on to set an extra place at her table for visiting family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Brisinda; a brother, Sam Filicetti; and sister, Helen Patrick.
Survivors include a brother, Frank Filicetti of Sunnyside, Wash.; brother-in-law, Raymond Patrick of Havre; several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and close friends.
