HINGHAM Gerald Anthony Chirp Chvilicek, 56, a former Hingham resident, died Aug. 10, 1999, at his residence in Woodward, Okla.
Memorial services were conducted by Reverend Ed Menasco on Aug. 16, 1999, in Woodward. Graveside services with burial of ashes will be held 7 p.m. Friday at the Hingham Cemetery with Father Joseph Diekhans officiating.
Arrangements are by Rockman Funeral Chapel of Chester.
