The following actions were resolved in Hill County Justice Court recently. The adults listed were fined or forfeited bond in excess of $59 on criminal violations or $99 on traffic violations. Others were sentenced to jail time for their offenses or were found guilty during trials.
Albert Dave Azure, 51, Billings, was fined $265 for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance.
Charles R. Riner, 42, Havre, was fined $315 and sentenced to 61 days with all but one day suspended for DUI per se.
Jacob Mikel Howson, 26, Missoula, forfeited $120 for disorderly conduct.
James Henderson, 29, Havre, was sentenced to 6 months and three days in jail with all but three days suspended for criminal trespass to property.
Hugh Kemp BigKnife, 32, Box Elder, was sentenced to 13 days in jail with all but three days suspended for disorderly conduct.
Tanya Faye Anderson, 34, Box Elder, was fined $170 and sentenced to 61 days in jail with all but one suspended for DUI.
Victor Manuel Saucedo, 20, Yakima, forfeited $320 for criminal trespass to property.
Cheryl Lee Stump, 38, Box Elder, was sentenced to six months and one day in jail with all but one day suspended for misdemeanor theft.
John ChiefStick Sr., 67, Box Elder, was fined $270 for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance.
Gary Allan Bullard, 40, Havre, was sentenced to twelve days in jail with all but two days suspended for driving while his privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.
Chris Jason Bromlie, 25, Great Falls, was sentenced to four days in jail with all but two suspended for disorderly conduct.
William Edgar Anderson, 20, Havre, was fined $270 and sentenced to two days in jail with time suspended for driving while his privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.
Jonann Roastingstick, 33, Box Elder, was fined $320 and sentenced to six months and two days with all but two days suspended for DUI per se.
Richard Denny, 21, Havre, was fined $120 for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.
Eric Charles Watson, 35, Box Elder, was fined $150 and sentenced to two days in jail with time suspended for driving while his privilege to do so was suspended or revoked. He was also fined $270 for failure to have proof of insurance in his vehicle.
Trent George Keto, 28, was fined $270 for failure to have proof of insurance in his vehicle.
Stephen LaFromboise, no age given, Box Elder, was fined $270 for failure to have proof of insurance in his vehicle.
Caroline T. Mitchell, 58, Box Elder, was fined $270 for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance.
Shane Aaron Munyan, 23, Havre, was fined $270 for failure to have proof of insurance in his vehicle.
Anthony Glenn Robbins, 35, Havre, was sentenced to six months and three days with all but three days suspended for criminal trespass to property.
During the past few weeks, Judge Chagnon resolved 41 more traffic citations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $99 each, and handled seven additional criminal violation involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $59 each. The judge also resolved five GVW violations, two Fish, Wildlife and Parks citations, and two animal complaints.
