The following actions were recorded in Havre City Court recently. The adults listed were fined or forfeited bond in excess of $59 on criminal violations or $99 on traffic violations. Others were sentenced to jail time for their offenses or were found guilty during trials.

Ross Lee Snell Jr., 42, Dodson, was fined $250 and sentenced to two days in jail for driving while his privilege to do so was revoked or suspended.

Ryan Kelly Schafer, 21, Havre, was fined $100 and given a 10-day suspended jail sentence for failing to remain at the scene of a property-damage accident. Schafer was also sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but four days suspended and fined $150 on a criminal mischief charge. He also served 90 days in jail and was fined $250 on a reckless driving offense.

Michael Jay Stump, 24, Box Elder, was fined $500 on a reckless driving offense.

Silas Gray, 18, Havre, was fined $350 for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance.

Robert Lodge, 34, Havre, was sentenced 180 days in jail with all but three days suspended and fined $200 for an assault charge.

Dawn Marie Denny, 25, Havre, served two days in jail and was fined $250 for driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Esequeil Pepe Velasquez, 21, Box Elder, was fined $100 for criminal mischief.

Alton Boyd Alexander, 25, Box Elder, was fined $100 for misdemeanor theft.

Royden Leslie St. Marks, 27, Havre, was fined $250 for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance.

Cheryl Tipton Blinco, 34, Havre, was fined $350 for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance.

Eric James Petersen, 20, Havre, was fined $100 for obstructing a peace officer.

Justin James Stockdill, 18, Havre, was fined $200 for misdemeanor theft.

Carl Charles Combs, 51, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but six suspended for misdemeanor theft.

Misty Mecklenburg, no age, Havre, was fined $125 for a vicious dog citation.

Brian Andrew Feldmann, 37, Havre, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but five suspended for disorderly conduct.

Mervin John Pine, 37, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but ten days suspended for assault.

Selena Jean Valdez, 41, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but five days suspended for assault.

Ronald Warren Anderson, 49, Havre, served two days in jail for disorderly conduct.

Paul Dean Johnson, 20 , Havre, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days with all suspended on criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Darrach Huntington, 28, Havre, was fined $300 and sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but three suspended for partner or family member assault.

Kevin Long, 37, Havre, was sentenced to five days in jail for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. Long was also sentenced to six months with all but eight days suspended for criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Michael Marion Rogers, 21, Havre, was fined $100 for unlawful transaction with children.

Christina Converse, 20, was fined $105 for driving without a valid drivers license. She was also fined $300 and sentenced to ten days in jail with all time suspended for failure to have proof of insurance.

Ronald Windyboy, 51, was fined $100 and served three days in jail for criminal trespass to property.

Angelina Kay Lotton, 18, Havre, was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but one day suspended for obstructing a peace officer. She was also fined $100 for minor in possession.

Daniel Allen Carpenter, 32, Havre, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all time suspended for reckless driving.

Christopher Romick, 23, Havre, was fined $250 for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance.

Judge Perszyk handled 22 more traffic citations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $99 each entered into the court records and two other criminal violations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $59 each.
