A 19-year-old Harlem woman died in a two-vehicle crash about three miles west of Harlem Saturday.
The Blaine County coroner said the name of the victim has not yet been released pending notification of relatives.
The Montana Highway Patrol crash report said the woman was traveling east on U. S. Highway 2 at 2:31 p. m. when the Dodge Neon she was driving crossed the center line of the highway and struck a westbound semi pulling an empty flatbed trailer on the drivers side.
The semi ran off the road and ended in the ditch, while the Neon came to rest in the middle of the highway, the report said.
The woman was pronounced dead on arrival at a local hospital.
The 41-year-old man driving the semi was uninjured. Both involved in the crash were wearing seatbelts.
