Doug Kallenberger paced the Montana State-Northern rodeo team this past weekend at the Mile Community College rodeo held at the Custer County Fairgrounds in Mile City.
Kallenberger finished second in the saddle bronc in the long go-around and fifth in the short-go. His scores of 70-53 were good enough to place him fourth in the average. Kallenberger is sitting second in the Northern Intercollegiate Rodeo Association's Big Sky region standings with 210 points only 15 behind the leader.
Dale Stoller had scores of 68 and 63 good enough for a split for third and fourth in the long and short-go's and fourth in the average. Stoller is currently third in the region standings.
Jaley Wacker turned in times of 5.0 to finish tenth in the long-go and a 4.9 in the short-go in breakaway roping. She finished fifth in the average.
The Nothern rodeo team will travel to Dillon for the UM-Western rodeo.
