Now that the noise of the Fourth of July is over and the fair is done, I have these comments to make. Havre City Council, without any consideration for our feelings, allowed fireworks to be set off inside the city limits. The first year of that ordinance my dog, who is older, was terrified and my neighbor's garage was set afire by a rocket of fireworks.
