Ever since Bresnan Communications was taken over by Charter, it has been nothing but trouble. My service was out Sunday and Monday, and I called the 800 number and their answer was: "We are working on it." My service has been out at least once a month since the takeover. Their TV commercials state better and more services are coming on the way. I heard Charter was being bought out by Time Warner Cable, which I hope is true. Is anyone else fed up with Charter?
